“A short boat trip on the river in the Winter Wonderland of Krakow. We were the only 2 on it so like having our own chartered boat! Was cold as we were the first trip of the day but we had blankets, a heater and tea! Recorded commentary with Christmas music and lovely views. A good last minute addition to our trip!”

“absolute highlight was the 2-hour golf buggy tour booked via Viator. We were collected directly from our hotel, the buggy was heated and cosy, and our guide Gobdan was truly exceptional. His knowledge was incredible, and he took us to places we would never have discovered on foot. It was a fantastic way to explore the city and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Everywhere we visited felt magical, and we loved Krakow so much that we’ve already booked to return at the end of February! Highly recommend this company.”

“Well what an absolute joke this booking was,I booked a pick up for 07.30 am my flight was at 11 am.I had received a message from easyJet to make sure we were at the airport early due to possible delays because of extra checks .this booking was made 24 hrs before my flight and confirmed by this company for 07.30 am.low and behold at 0800 this was a no show and we had to make alternative arrangements.on requesting a refund via viator was informed that I was in fact the no show as the taxi was at the hotel 08.30 am and they do transfers 21/2 hrs prior to flight.so…”

“Wonderful, informative tour of the city. I only booked this last minute as I had time to spare before my flight home and I would highly recommend it. Natalia was super helpful on the organising end of things (as I couldn't find the pickup location initally). Our driver and guide Jacob was friendly, helpful and really informative. Top tip: Find the busy (wide) main street of Westerplate, Zyblikiewicza St is located just off it and the pick up point is across from the Zabka shop.”

“Meeting place was easy to find. I accidentally bought the wrong day, but they allowed us on the tour. Heated seat and a blanket kept us warm. The tour took us round the walled town, up to the Jewish quarter, to the castle and to the ghetto. Great way to see the city. Would be good at the beginning of your trip as it helped to get your bearings and know where the best places to visit were. As a bonus the tour even dropped us at our hotel on the way back. Highly recommended.”
