“Our tour was supposed to start at 8 AM. They did not show up to pick us up and they moved our pick up time to 1:15 PM. We waited under the scorching sun until 2:30 PM when we found out that they missed giving our name to the bus driver to pick us up. Unfortunately, there were no tickets available for another three days. We had to go to another city so we missed the entire experience. I must admit that they refunded the money quickly.”

“We booked “Auschwitz-Birkenau + Wieliczka Salt Mine with hotel transfer” for 2 people on 26/12/2025. Pickup was from our hotel at around 08:05 and we were taken only to the Wieliczka Salt Mine (arrived around 08:50–09:00). The Auschwitz-Birkenau visit was not provided and we received no prior notification (no call/message/email). The driver said someone would contact us, but nobody did. We also spoke with other travelers who said they experienced the same issue (Auschwitz not provided). This ruined our plans and we missed Auschwitz completely. I do not recommend this experience and I requested a refund for the part that was not delivered.”
