Sympathetic of the museum and all that happened there plus a real care and emotion in his commentary. 10/10 a truly great man. I can’t recommend this trip enough. Amazing”

“Superb from start to finish! The communication with the company was excellent, particularly as we had to clarify our pick up location due to road closures around our accommodation. We were picked up, as promised, and had an extremely interesting (and moving) time at Auschwitz-Birkenau. Our guide, Konrad, was brilliant - his commentary was excellent and it certainly helped us understand further. I'd highly recommend this trip.”

“The tour operator, and Niko - fantastic! Very chatty, and an easy to communicate with. Only downside was that hearing Niko on the bus was difficult, would suggest a better sound system when making announcements. However communication was spot on, and easy to chat via WhatsApp. The tour itself was very average, and could have done with less time in the mountain villages, as the stops were nothing special.”

She handed over to the guide who did the tour of the Salt mine who was also incredibly good and knowledgeable as well as entertaining. The mine is out of this world. Our only wish is that we had a little more time to spend in Birkenau.”

“It was a really interesting tour seeing the chambers with salt carved statues etc and especially the church with amazing Bible scenes carved in the salt walls. We didn’t need to have an advance/skip the queue ticket out of high season, as we seemed to end up on the same tour as people who paid (a cheaper price than us) on arriving at the Salt Mine.”
