Pickup was from our hotel at around 08:05 and we were taken only to the Wieliczka Salt Mine (arrived around 08:50–09:00). The Auschwitz-Birkenau visit was not provided and we received no prior notification (no call/message/email). The driver said someone would contact us, but nobody did. We also spoke with other travelers who said they experienced the same issue (Auschwitz not provided). This ruined our plans and we missed Auschwitz completely. I do not recommend this experience and I requested a refund for the part that was not delivered.”
