“I booked 2 weeks ago for this past weekend, I had received no communication from them aside from confirmation at the time of booking. We arrived on Saturday and were due to go to Auschwitz on the Sunday, I still hadn't received further communication by Saturday so emailed them who then informed me that had instead been cancelled and I would be refunded. I was already in Krakow at this point so was able to book an alternative tour from Old Town and finally went. I don't recommend this company.”

“We were met early by our guide Maciej and he promptly commenced our tour of the Cathedral and Castle. He was very thorough and knowledgable in all their history, as well as explaining the history of Poland. He gave so much information but also gave lots of time to answer our questions. He went beyond the allocated tour time and also helped us seek a buggy tour of the Jewish Quarter. “Reservé el Tour guiado en español, pero fui por mi cuenta, ya que a la hora de reservar no quedaba disponibilidad al Tour con recogida en el Hotel. Pues bien, una vez que llegue allí el guía contactó conmigo y fueron muy amables porque me ofrecieron una posibilidad de desplazarme de Auschwitz I hasta birkenau (Auschwitz II) y a la vuelta me dejaron en el centro de Cracovia por 20 zl que son como cinco euros. La guía del bus Joanna por su parte fue súper amable. Y la guía del recorrido explicó todo detalladamente, de manera que considero que merece totalmente la pena invertir un día de mi viaje…”
